​Mini Session - FREE
15-40 min
This is a quick meet up and introduction to services that I offer. It gives you an idea of what I offer, we do a short needs assessment and can determine how I can help with your health and weight loss goals.
Assessment:
1-2 Hours Each
Goal setting, health overview, measurements, nutrition assessment. Using goals and assessment to create a sustainable lifestyle plan to suit individuals' needs. This can include a pantry/fridge clean out or grocery education trip (if needed).
Coaching Sessions:
Personal coaching, measurements, progress tracking, overcoming obstacles/challenges, nutrition plan overview/reassessment and goal review. Overeating and food addictions action plans. Support provided between appointments.
